By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Violation of these terms results in immediate termination and potential criminal prosecution depending on the severity of the breach.  This website was built on the Shopify platform, and the visual theme was provided by shopify@scaled.info, which supplies only the theme file for this store. Scaled.info has no involvement in our business operations, product offerings, customer service, or any other aspect of our business beyond providing the website theme. All business operations, products, and services are the sole responsibility of VatamenPlug, and any issues or inquiries should be directed to us, not to scaled.info or any theme provider.  CRITICAL BUSINESS MODEL DISCLOSURE FOR SHOPIFY COMPLIANCE  For absolute clarity regarding Shopify compliance, VatamenPlug operates exclusively as a digital information commerce platform. Educational guides offer detailed business strategy documents and step-by-step instructions for various business models.  ANTI-COUNTERFEIT DECLARATION AND FEDERAL LAW COMPLIANCE  We want to be absolutely clear that we do not and will never facilitate physical product transactions of any kind. We do not verify or endorse any suppliers mentioned in our directories. We do not guarantee supplier legitimacy or business practices. We do not provide business success assurances or income promises. Our commitment to preventing counterfeit trade is absolute and unwavering. We will cooperate fully with all law enforcement investigations, provide complete customer data when investigating illegal activities, and support prosecution efforts against those who misuse our information for illegal purposes.  Under 18 U.S.C. § 2320, trafficking in counterfeit goods is a serious federal crime with severe mandatory penalties. First-time offenders face up to 10 years in federal prison with no possibility of parole. Individual fines can reach $2,000,000, while organizations face fines up to $5,000,000. This verification must include confirming business legitimacy through government databases, validating product authenticity through brand owner channels, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, checking for required licenses and certifications, and confirming shipping and customs compliance for your jurisdiction. You must report suspected counterfeit operations to appropriate authorities immediately upon discovery. Failure to report known counterfeit activity may result in charges of aiding and abetting criminal enterprises.  ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE REQUIREMENTS  To use our services and purchase our products, you must be 18 years of age or older, as we do not sell to minors under any circumstances. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You cannot be on any government sanctions lists, including the OFAC SDN list, that would prohibit business transactions. You must have legitimate business purposes for accessing our information, not criminal intent. You must provide truthful and accurate information in all interactions with us. You must maintain only a single account and not create multiple accounts for any purpose.  Certain individuals are specifically prohibited from using our services including convicted counterfeit traders who pose ongoing risks to legitimate commerce, persons on government sanctions lists, intellectual property violators with histories of trademark or copyright infringement, previous violators of our terms who have been banned, suspended Shopify sellers attempting to circumvent platform bans, persons under active criminal investigation for commercial crimes, and minors regardless of parental consent or supervision.  PROHIBITED USES AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES  We maintain absolute zero tolerance for criminal activities with immediate law enforcement referral and full prosecution support. Prohibited criminal activities include counterfeit goods trading in any form or scale, money laundering through our platform or using our information, wire fraud or electronic theft schemes, tax evasion or fraudulent reporting, customs fraud or false import declarations, identity theft or impersonation, computer crimes or hacking attempts, and RICO violations or organized crime connections. Any suspected criminal activity triggers immediate account termination, evidence preservation for law enforcement, complete data transfer to investigating agencies, and our full cooperation with prosecution efforts.  Platform violations result in immediate permanent banning with notification to Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. These violations include creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or limits, using false identities or fraudulent information, attempting to circumvent any platform restrictions, gaining unauthorized access to systems or data, manipulating reviews or ratings systems, engaging in coupon fraud or promotional abuse, and initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. We use sophisticated detection systems to identify platform violations and maintain zero tolerance for attempts to game our systems.  Business misconduct damages market integrity and results in immediate account suspension. This includes false advertising using our data, misleading claims about products or services, bait and switch tactics, hidden fees or charges, fake review generation, testimonial fraud schemes, income misrepresentation, corporate espionage activities, trade secret theft, competitor sabotage operations, defamation campaigns, and market manipulation efforts.  COMPREHENSIVE DISCLAIMERS AND WARNINGS  In compliance with FTC requirements and Shopify policies, we must be absolutely clear that the typical purchaser of our products makes zero dollars in profit. This is not pessimism but statistical reality based on business failure rates and user behavior patterns. Our analysis shows that 95% of purchasers never implement the information they receive, 80% of those who do implement fail within 6 months, 15% of implementers break even on their investment, 5% achieve modest profit over time, and less than 1% achieve significant financial success. You bear one hundred percent legal responsibility for verifying supplier legitimacy, product authenticity, legal compliance, business licenses, quality standards, and shipping capabilities before conducting any business.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS  All content, design, technology, and business methods associated with VatamenPlug are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The website theme is licensed from shopify@scaled.info for our use only and remains their intellectual property. Violations of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate legal action seeking statutory damages up to $150,000 per violation, actual damages and lost profits, attorney fees and legal costs, permanent injunctive relief, and criminal prosecution where applicable.  When you purchase our products, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. This license is perpetual subject to compliance with our terms but can be revoked immediately for any violation. You may not redistribute our content, resell our products, create derivative works, use our content competitively against us, train AI/ML models with our data, or systematically extract information for any purpose other than personal use.  LIABILITY LIMITATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION  Our absolute maximum liability for any claim, regardless of legal theory or circumstances, is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim, typically ranging from $9.99 to $39.99. This limitation applies regardless of whether claims are based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. It applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of greater damages and even if limited remedies fail of their essential purpose.  You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VatamenPlug, our officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and shopify@scaled.info as the theme provider, from all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use or misuse of our information, violation of these Terms, infringement of any intellectual property rights, violation of any applicable laws, engagement in counterfeit trading, disputes with suppliers or customers, and any breach of your representations or warranties. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW  All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services must be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under their Commercial Arbitration Rules. You explicitly waive all rights to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, consolidated actions, or any form of collective litigation. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.  LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION  We maintain full cooperation agreements with numerous law enforcement agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation for counterfeit investigations, Homeland Security Investigations for import violations, U.S. Customs and Border Protection for customs fraud, state and local police departments for regional crimes, international agencies including INTERPOL and Europol, brand protection teams representing major companies, and Shopify's Trust and Safety team for platform violations. Our cooperation includes providing complete customer records, transaction histories, communication logs, access patterns, IP addresses, device information, and any other data that may assist investigations.  TERMINATION AND CONSEQUENCES  We may terminate your access immediately without notice for any Terms violation, suspected illegal activity, fraud indicators, Shopify compliance issues, or at our sole discretion for any reason. Upon termination, you lose all access rights immediately with no refund provided under any circumstances. Your data may be deleted or provided to law enforcement. You are permanently banned from all our services and related platforms. We will report violations to appropriate authorities and platforms. Legal action may be pursued for damages.  YOUR BINDING ACKNOWLEDGMENTS  By purchasing from VatamenPlug, you acknowledge complete understanding of counterfeit penalties and their severity. You accept full responsibility for verifying all suppliers before any engagement. You assume all liability for your use of our information. You consent to complete data sharing with law enforcement. You agree to report all suspected violations to authorities. You acknowledge that success is not guaranteed and typical purchasers make no profit. You understand we do not verify any supplier information. You accept these Terms in their entirety without reservation.
